Iron Heart Website V4

Yesterday we migrated the Iron Heart shop to a new hosting platform.

We now run our email, the forum and the shop on 3 independent platforms, so if we have an outage on one environment, the other two should not be affected.

We have a stack more resource to run the shop now, so we should not have performance issues when we open the outlet, which has been the bane of our loves for the last few months.

We'd welcome any feedback, positive or negative.

This glitch seems to have appeared after the recent platform upgrade.

I can pull up my 'order history' summary, but I cannot get the detail from any of those past orders. I've tried clicking both the ORDER NUMBER and the DETAILS buttons.

Live Chat has been enabled on the website.  Alex will be trialling it this weekend - Paula and I will be drinking in the garden

I like the idea of a live chat but I don't like when it starts on its own without being asked. It's good to know there is one if questions arise but I'd prefer to initiate it on my own. Just my two cents…

I like when it initiates on it's own.  I see it pop up and then it makes me pause to think if I do have a question and I'm more likely to ask something.  If I have to click it myself then 9 times out of 10 I'm just like eh..screw it.  That could be good or bad for Alex depending on how you look at it.  My two cents.

Overall though, great idea for the site.

We turned this off, we did not like it either

Good. Live chats and pop ups asking whether you have a question are annoying and desperate…

I'm having display trouble on every product page as Details, Measurements, Fabric etc. are all on one page but don't work properly: e.g. I can't switch between inches and cms nor view the quantity of available sizes. Same problem on all browsers I've tested.
