IH-719 - White 10.5oz Herringbone Cargo Pants

I realize there hasn't been much discussion on these cargo pants but I thought I'd give it a try before I buy the last pair.
Can I expect some stretch on the waist on these? They would be my first herringbone pants and I have no idea how this fabric behaves. The note states that this last pair was washed, so i guess the posted measurements are post-wash.

@motojobobo - did you end up snagging a pair of these?
The obvious choice would be for me to go with the 36, but given these are kinda lightweight, and herringbone (My 712s stretched a good bit) im wondering if a 34 (GASP) might actually work?
Any info would be accepted kindly sir

@Appfaff - I did buy that last pair but I have nothing to report on wear yet because I'm expecting to receive them in a week or two. Takes me a LONG time to get my stuff as I don't get it sent directly home. My orders travel a long and roundabout way to get to me for several reasons (taxes and theft mostly).
I'll be sure to report back on your questions as soon as I get to wear them. I'll take pre and post wear measurements for you.

Finally got the cargoes @Appfaff ! Measured them this morning and I'll send you both the pre and post wear measurements when I've worn them a few times and remeasured.
Initial impressions are that they will stretch at the waist. The herringbone feels light and stretchy. Beautiful fabric and perfect for my warm conditions. -

I got a pair from the last round of the Outlet, and finally wore them last weekend. The waist stretched in the matter of a few hours at the bar, though I don't have numbers.
Best way to stretch a new pair of jawns. Beer and bar food will put the waistband to the test
