Sorry - too late.  But I use mine in the UK all the time for roasting.  Record so far is a 14lb Turkey.  When I bought the bird, I bought it by height, not weight!

It's true.
I'm fortunate to live in a community that values this type of old fashioned, all natural animal husbandry and organic farming (which around here is the norm, not the exception).

I played the chef today again - I made turkey fajitas. It turned out pretty good, sometimes it's best when you don't cook after a recipe.

The only thing I lack is my IH apron…yet.
