Ohhh Yum!  Been out of the kitchen for a while…but looking through these pics is making me feel like I better get started again....;)  (after I get rid of my cold...living on bad ramen noodle soups)

It's true.
I'm fortunate to live in a community that values this type of old fashioned, all natural animal husbandry and organic farming (which around here is the norm, not the exception).

I played the chef today again - I made turkey fajitas. It turned out pretty good, sometimes it's best when you don't cook after a recipe.

The only thing I lack is my IH apron…yet.
