Was it a mouse? It could have been a hobo for all we know. You could have killed a drifter with that trap.

It was a rat, but what was weird was that it was a white haired rat, like the kind they sell at the pet store - not the grey haired rats you find in our area.

so it was a genetically engineered super rat.

Don't sleep on those store rats… a buddy of mine had a python that he would feed white rats to. so he drops a rat in one morning and goes to work. comes home later to a dead snake and a live rat.

RIP white rat.
