Decided to hop on the sous vide bandwagon…
Cookbook arrives tomorrow, and the thingamajig arrives Saturday.
Hopefully this makes meal prep easier, and chicken breast tastier. Not to mention, the steaks @Hadto555 has been posting look AMAZING. And, I'm sure Maddy will find plenty of other interesting things to make using it.

I’ll be interested to hear how you think this 25oz fabric stacks up to IH. My impression of the other heavyweight demons has always been they feel light and flimsy by comparison. Like to the point where I doubt they actually weigh what they say they do.

I've owned a 23oz and a 26oz pair of jeans from another brand and they did not feel light and flimsy by any means, they definitely felt like their stated weight. With that being said they were much cheaper looking and feeling fabrics though and the craftsmanship was laughable. It's obvious that nobody can do heavyweight denim like IH.

Currently experiencing a rare instance of (what could be) "good luck"…
Background: When the immigration drama happened with my wife, she arrived that day to LHR using a roundtrip ticket… Immigration paid for her to go back to Japan the next day.
Well, a couple of weeks ago, we realized that she still had the unused return leg for that flight, so I tried to change the dates so she could use it for her next trip to visit family and friends… After an hour long convo with the travel agency, I determined that it would be cheaper to just not use the return flight (I didn't cancel it), and buy her a new ticket when she's ready to go back home (They were telling me to just change flight dates, would cost $3000+.... the original roundtrip ticket cost $841).
Well, today, I woke up to an email from the travel agency stating that "You may be eligible for up to $481.13 per person for the cancelation under EU passenger law.", because the first leg of her flight back to Japan (LHR to Amsterdam) was cancelled that day..... Unfortunately, they are asking for a copy of the boarding pass, but maybe with a good enough sob story, we can get past that.

So two nights ago I had a pretty vivid dream that I stopped by IHUK. Got a tour of the place (put together in my head from shop pics around the forum) and had conversations with the IHUK staff even though I only know what Giles' voice sounds like in real life….yeah, I think I have a problem
