chard or sauvignon blanc . room set to 68 degrees. remove from wine fridge and let sit for 30 minutes after corking before consuming.

I agree. It SHOULD be standard, but it’s not, especially not around these parts.
My wife’s grandmother (and my late grandmother to add) always take their chard with an ice cube.
