What temp room? And what white wine? Like alabama room temp? Gulf coast humid and 78 degrees? In that case u sit have any pop opine.

chard or sauvignon blanc . room set to 68 degrees. remove from wine fridge and let sit for 30 minutes after corking before consuming.

Good white wine served at 12-14C° is standard. Or should be standard.

I agree. It SHOULD be standard, but it’s not, especially not around these parts.

My wife’s grandmother (and my late grandmother to add) always take their chard with an ice cube.
