Unpopular opinions

I travel all the time with my job. I have not been to North Dakota, South Dakota or Alaska. I do not eat at or like McDonalds. I should add all fast food chains.
Oh I agree it's not great. But I am saying it is reasonably decent. Especially in places where the food is terrible.

It's because they are made of 100% drugs. I get euphoric when I eat one of those nasty McRibs. Hint: if you ask for no pickles they will usually make one fresh.
-
At least once a year I get a Big Mac craving.
About 2-3 times a year I get a craving for a quarter pounder with cheese meal and a Dr. Pepper. Hits the spot every single time. I included the Dr. Pepper because I never drink soda but McDonalds has really good DP…maybe they put drugs in that as well.

maybe it's the copious amounts of high fructose corn syrup? I'd like to keep my teeth so I usually don't touch soda. maybe a root beer once in awhile but that's it

Unpop-op: unhealthy food (fastfood, soda pop, meat,…) should be as heavily taxed as cigarettes... Revenue invested in green energy.

Don't they do that in NYC with soda? I know they were proposing it but not sure if anything went through.

Norway is with it. If you guys had sun and were in the middle of the tropics. I’d be applying for citizenship

They already are, alcohol is taxed to hell. There is a push every year to tax alcohol to the point of it being unattainable. Doesn't get anywhere, but it's pretty interesting how people react when the government tries to take away something that you care about. It's cool to tax the shit out of something you don't care about, but when it's something you're passionate about, then it's a very different story…

These unpops suck.
Fast food is awesome, smoking makes you look cooler and the best music and movies are made by people who were out of their face on serious drugs. Come at me bro

Here's my unpopular opinion:
If you have an opinion how someone has an unhealthy lifestyle, or are for the government installing some law for public safety, you should
- know CPR and have a training update every two years.
- know how to apply a tourniquet
- carry a tourniquet
Or you are a hypocrite.
Take the first steps forward for public health/public safety, don't be a derp and expect someone else to do it for you.
-
The Beach Boys.
I can't feckin stand them, it must be the pitch of their voices or something but to me it sounds all out of tune.
I'd rather jerk off with a handful of swarf. -
Disagree dougie, carrying a tourniquet is a bit much, no?
hahahaha it is in the right thread though, hahaha
-
My argument for tourniquets are this: if you are so concerned about getting assaulted you would ban guns/knives, you should know and be prepared if something bad happens. For the pocket real estate of one of these giant ass wallets, you could be prepared to save a life.
I know three people with kids with clotting disorders, and two adults with clotting disorders. I work with no less than than a dozen people with heart conditions. Seriously, take ownership if you feel passionately about something instead of enabling a politician.
-
instead of using a tourniquet i can just use my heavy a$$ belt and save my pocket space as that would defo mess up my fades.
jeez, what are you thinking
additionally, your public safety view is related to violence inflicted on others while the public safety a few folks were discussing (okay piling on really) was about the harm people inflict on themselves with "bad diets"
