@Cole they look very black indeed… I'm interested to hear also as I need to re-dye my IH-716 because of abrasion lines after a wash...

The redye went well. I went for a dye than is applied in the washing machine, turned them inside out and dyed them at 40 Celsius.

First of all, if you do not want your leather patch to be dyed, remove it before the Prozess or it will get dyed as well.

Overall I am pretty satisfied with the outcome. It did not turn completely black, but black enough to mostly cover up the damage and make it look like slight fades.

I‘ll post what dye I used when I‘m back home.
