It's some pissed off German bitching about a faulty zipper… If only Simmons Bilt 'd let me handle their PR... He'd get a "ZIP IT, KRAUT!.." in a matter of seconds...
The comment Shows that he has absolutly no clue about how much work it is to Change a Zipper, especially on a Leather Jacket. The only Contact that the usual German has with a "Craftsman" is at the ultra Cheap shopping Center Cobbler or at the minimum Wage Seamstress, no wonder the surprise is there if someone who has to make a living of it wants money for his/her work.
That said, SB clearly says that they guarantee the Zipper for 1 Year, everyone is free to choose the propably indistructable RiRi Zip. -
