I'm a senior social worker in the UK. Currently trying to stop drug gangs setting up shop in house occupied by adults with learning disabilities…apparently I'm allowed to go where the MET and Essex Police won't.

I was going to use the term cukooing and 'mate crime (yes, that is actually a thing!). @den1mhead you have insider knowledge there?!
