There has been a lot of requests to re-run IHSH-16. These are the only colours that are still made in the same fabric. No khaki, Damn. I will likely release an Indigo version and a Natural version. Bummed about the khaki, but what can you do? I am super stoked about that Indigo though…double yoked

Bummed about the khaki, but what can you do? I am super stoked about that Indigo though…double yoked i'm bummed about the khaki too as that was the one that had a brown tone that I really liked. the natural almost appears too white which I can't pull off, but i'm curious how the indigo will sew up. it's too bad there isn't a proper brown chambray floating around somewhere in Japan.

it's too bad there isn't a proper brown chambray floating around somewhere in Japan. There will be. But I was asked to see if I could recreate the IHSH-16. Part of the appeal of the IHSH-16 is the fabric it was made from. If I'm being asked to make "just" a brown chambray western, that's a completely different thing.

Ihsh-16 aside, does this possibly mean we'll see a brown chambray? Maybe a single yoke variant to accompany the ihsh-13? Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk

I know I might be in the minority on this buy my vote goes for half western on these. I know that isn't technically duplicating the 16 but damn we have tons of westerns and not many half westerns.
-
Agreed ^^^ More half westerns in general.
-
Single or double, I can go either way. What is key for me is the not too bright yellow stitching. With that, I will definitely buy a natural. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

There's no such thing as a half western IMHO. It's either a western or it isn't. And westerns have two yokes!

I know we're all excited, but as Giles said, if it's going to be a nod to the 16, it has to share the same construction details. Luckily enough though, I bugged him last year about making more of the old school chambray stuff (Patterns, textures…), and he's been sampling fabrics. We should be in for some real treats here "soon" <--- (A relative term)

Couple of snaps of the 634S-21BLK in the sunlight. It really brings out the effect of the beige weft… Apologies for the crotch shot but it's a good close up of the denim. It also highlights the contrast between the white weft of the standard 21oz used on the 533 and the beige on the jeans.
