Thanks @DrBabyhorse and @Omega Man - I went with an XXL. Overall pretty pumped about it. What's funny though is that the 193 fabric actually feels lighter to me than the 170 fabric did. I had an XL in the 170 and it was simply too small even though the measures implied otherwise.

I thought the same, would not swear on it though. The uhfs also seem to have small variations, but maybe its just the difference between a stiff new shirt and a worn in one.

Word to the wise regarding this fabric, it bleeds a good amount. If you're going to wear a T-shirt underneath it I wouldn't wear a white one unless you dont care that it will turn blue.

Shoulders are good
Pit to pit a bit wide
Waist is good for me
Armlenght about 3,5 cm to long, it doesn't matter.I washed it with 60° and will see the result tomorrow.
After washing with 60° and 800 u/min for a better fit, it shrinks all over a bit and bleed out.

@Billh9483 haha, follow him as well and just saw that. I know he rocks IH from time to time.
In other news, I gave my 193 a warm wash in the washing machine today. Shrunk it ever so slightly. Fits nicely.

This is now, by far my favorite IH shirt. Absolutely amazing in every way

^i agree. It's hard for me not to grab it. The weight is so perfect for layering throughout a lot of temp ranges - the cut is relaxed enough that it feels comfy and mobile without looking sloppy - and I have the thing for unbrushed flannel that makes this really stand out. As bummed as I was that my 170 didn't work out, I'm stoked to have the 193.

The measures, while a bit different than typical westerns, I believe is what made this shirt great. It's been brought up before, but the 193 and the 129s offered a more "Workshirt" type cut in the more polished western styling - I may need to track down the 129s since I love the 193 so much

Damn…I’m so bummed the measurements didn’t work out for me on this one. I was really looking forward to it’s release.
But I am happy to vicariously live through you fellas and love hearing that IH hit it out of the park again
same for me. The measurements simply didn't work for me as much as I wanted them to. Fantastic fabric/pattern though.
