I was worried the overdye process would make the sleeves too short for me, like the recent chambray…but the measurements look just about right. 
This seems suitable for gorilla arms...

As a fellow gorilla, a can confirm they are fine

Also as a member of the monkey arms crew I can confirm that the sleeves were designed with monkey arms in mind  ;D.

@Chad Great first purchase!  IMO the IHSH-99 is iconic Iron Heart, and the IHSH-178 seems to be a perfect continuation if not improvement on the design.

First Iron Heart shirt and I love it. Wanted to get some feedback from the experts. Overall I think the fit is good. Sleeves are long but I knew they would be. You can see from the back picture that it's a bit bunched in the shoulders. I think I can get away with it, but would like to hear your thoughts.

Looks a bit too big to me.  Maybe try going down a size?

Depends on your preference. You could def go down a size but it looks good as is. Question is, are going to get more wear layering it or in it's own, with a tee? If it's the latter I'd consider sizing down.

Here are some fit pics of my Large that came in today.  I normally wear a L in IH shirts and CPO's, but I didn't need to size up with this shirt.  Measurements were very similar to my Olive IHSH-162.  This 178 is awesome!!!  Beasty beauty…
Sleeves are just fine for my gorilla arms and the construction is magnificent.  My first OD piece...looking forward to fading the f*** out of it.
