Shark fishing with chums out of Looe (yes, there is a pun there)…."Blues" were our target, this one is about 75lbs.  I had one earlier in the day of about 45lbs, pics may follow if anyone bothered to take a pic...

We arrived in Cornwall.  It's not quite summer but lovely. After months in the city and our stops in Bath and London it needs time to get used to. But we love it, especially that we can see the sea and walk to the cliffs.

I grew up in Barry outside of Cardiff and there was a Hawking Centre just up the road that the parents of a girl in my school class ran. We used to go there all the time and feed live mice to Peregrine Falcons and look at the owls. Amazing stuff. This has sparked some serious nostalgia. Bring on the pics of the scary arsed eagles.
