Hope you're both enjoying our nation's capital. @Max Power
Now if you wouldn't mind going up the Shard and taking a 360 degrees photo? It would save me the trip
Loving the photos so far!
-
Great photos Flo, looks like you're both having a great time [emoji4]

@Max Power How did you like the tate museum? Also did go inside ST Paul's Cathedral? Stop by Rivet & Hide before you go home. Have a great time.
-
Thank you all. Yes, we went inside st. Pauls, its lovely and reminded us a lot of st. Peter in rome. The tate gallery was fantastic too, way too much for just one day.

^ I enjoy being a tourist in London far more than I enjoyed the two years I lived there.
Yesterday was the last day of my holiday in south western Norway. Went out on a boat for a late night fish. Beautiful evening and some decent fishing. Scored a couple of small redfish, a smallish cod, they all went back. Then got two saight (pictured) and a mackerel. The saight got cut into cutlets, boiled and eaten on flatbread with butter, black pepper and parsley. The mackerel got baked with ginger and lime. Back to the grind tomorrow [emoji29]

From Wiki:
Saithe or Pollachius virens, is a species of marine fish in the Pollachius genus. Together with Pollachius pollachius it is generally referred to in the U.S. as pollock. Other names include the Boston blue (separate from bluefish), coalfish/coley, and saithe in the UK.
So I think in the UK we would actually call it coley or coalfish. I'll be fishing for Pollachius pollachius this coming week end…

Again, norway looks awesome! Last day here, weather finally was as I expected from London.
-
Our next stop was Bath. Very impressive roman baths, a nice georgian town & good food. Just the right intermezzo between London and the countryside.
-
@Max Power - Bath is Jules' home town and we live only 12 miles away. Hope you had a great time in Bath and thanks for posting more great pictures which are a delight to look at. You guys defo seem to be having a great trip
-
Thank you! @den1mhead we're leaving bath this noon. Too bad, we could've done a short meetup.
