I still don't know what way to go with these. There is part of me that wants them but then the fact how unwearable they will be in the summer months puts me off. #firstworldproblems

1. Please use a heavy fabric (standard in other IH jeans) for the pocket bags. The herringbone fabric used in the UHR Beatle Busters was too thin and fragile in my opinion, especially for such an abrasive and stubborn denim like the UHR.

2. Will hemming be free?

3. Will the 888-UHR cost the same or more?

What were you doing in them? I will be landscaping in them so hard graft and sweating my nuts off no doubt. I am doing ok in 16oz Samurai's at the moment but this unbreathable UHR makes me a little concerned. I did 2 years straight in the 25oz but I was in air conditioning most of the working day then.

Just to clarify. There will be 3 versions of the 888 coming out. The S, NT, and UHR. However the NT & UHR will be same denim, just different details?

I suspect the NT and UHR will be same jeans, just different patches. The NT patch being competition specific.

I think that's the case yes. Or more precisely the NT pair are discounted to encourage participation in the competition.

This is not feckin rocket science and is effectively exactly the same thing as we have done for the last 2 competitions.

Same jean, different patch, DWC cheaper to encourage participation.

If that's too complicated for you, then perhaps we better do a zipper edition…..

What's the shrinkage like on the UHR?

Being that the size chart is "post soak", I'm guessing that the IH crew will be doing the math to ensure hemming of the raw jeans will equate to the desired post soak length?
