I'm thinking along the lines of a fishermans parka, plain front, two hand warmer pockets, draw string Hood and waist, double zipper and big buttons.

Made in England, clothed in Japan, fed in America and drunk in Belgium !

Ditch the zipper, and make it a pullover

In my opinion a hooded pullover is far too specific a garment. It loses 75% of its practicality and utility by removing the zip, and would be far less marketable.

A fishermans parka with a zip is a utility jacket, and a hooded, wind proof and potentially waterproof spring/ summer/ autumn jacket is something missing from the Iron Heart range.

Only in England do "summer" and "jacket" belong together, lol.

In between ^this and a short cut M51 with 4 front pockets (handwarmer pockets on the top).
                    Big matching Snaps.

Gimmick: A large, anatomical to reach, back pocket.

Pullover are a pain in the ass.  Zipper would definitely sell better.

It has also been argued that branded garments (embroidery, screenprint, patches) are highly specific garments with a small hypothetical demand, and yet many things still have branding and sell to happy people…

As long as there is not an anomalous sizing issue, an unbranded pullover would be awesome, just like the Ihsw-23 is AWESOME. But I'm totally fine with an unbranded zippered hooded fisherman's parka too. Hood + Pockets= Win IMO. But I still need to save for all the other things that are getting made or are already here that we asked for, like the Ihsh-157, so my vote is diminished....

Thanks to all for the continued creative contributions. It's fun to think about new IH...

I would work off that and say a duck with the same characteristics as the SBG, that would be EPIC!!!

Judging by the way the brown duck fades, I suspect black duck will do that anyway. Unless it utilises reactive dye.

Anything in a khaki herringbone fabric, but more specifically, a work shirt. I don't think this fabric exists in the IH arsenal as of now, but we could just dye the white herringbone, lol.

I want the opposite - a shorter M65 like jacket, maybe with just 2 mid level m65 style pockets. I've seen something similar but don't know if it's an official military model. With need to find a pic

After searching high and low for a decent one out in the wild I'd like to resubmit my request for a black 101j.  16oz black denim would be a dream come true.

                                      I have made the decision (I think)….. 😃 😃

We have made a tiny run (enough for about 150 pants of 125 jackets) on a new 21oz non-fade (reactive dyed warp and weft) selvedge denim.  So how about using this new denim with copper buttons?
