IH-634N - 17oz Selvedge Denim Straight Cut Jeans - Natural Indigo

@Anesthetist - i got the 301N for xmas, but had to return them since they were too small, and didnt go up to a 38. In terms of weave compared to the 18oz, they are an entirely different animal. The 17N is very soft and supple while the 18oz was like sandpaper (from what I remember form my old 555-02. The 17N have a really great color though, super deep - I liken it to the color of the 19L fabric, although I didn't hold the two next to each other. The fabric definately does not have the heft I'm used to with the 19L, 21oz or 23oz UHR, but it's a beautiful fabric and was thinking of getting the 633 as well for the summer.

I've been drawn to this fabric, especially in SE's IH-633N cut, but my size is sold out. The 17oz organic/natural denim doesn't seem to have received much love…

I have no idea why it does not get a lot of love. it is a great denim and I loved my TW-666N (effectively the same denim). Took a long time to get them to give up any indigo, but once it started they faded pretty fast.

I'll just throw in my two cents and say I think this fabric is great as well. I had a pair for about ten minutes when I ordered the 633 from SelfEdge but I ended up sizing wrong and had to send them back and they are now sold out in my size.

I have the 555N and I have to say when I got them I was kinda, sorta underwhelmed by the denim. My last two pairs had been the UHR and the XHS and I think they spoiled other denim for me. It just seemed a little boring straight out of the bag. They now have about 30 days of wear on them however and I'm loving the denim more and more every time I put it on. The character of the material really has really starting coming through. Gets really soft and the where there are abrasions the denim roughs up and gets neppy in a really unique way.

G, any chance you will run this denim in an 888 cut?

Are there any large in the waist 31’s or small in the waist 33s in the bunch? Love this denim but a 32 would be the right size for me.
Shoot the shop an email and they will surely check for you. That's the best way to get this sort of stuff done.
