IHJ-59 - Cordura Nylon Camouflage Windbreaker Jacket
-
Copped a L. Curious to see if it suits me
If it doesn't I may know an interested party…

Best I can get out of H and Co is that it is a nylon based Cordura…...I'll take a look to see if there are any attached Cordura flashers tomorrow........But basically, it is the toughest that Haraki could spec that comes in a camo. The IHJ-12 and IHJ-45 are Polyester based, and a little tougher, but do not come in camo.....

@HHPI
Here's a shot of the Cordura labels.Probably not that helpful…
Looking at them i'd say they're the same weave but the camo jacket fabric has been woven at a lower tension which gives it a bit more texture. That might not be clear from the photos but the brown fabric feels finer to the touch. I think the camo fabric might be their CORDURA
Classic Fabric but that's not confirmed.
I've done some ultra macros on the IHJ-59 and the IHJ-12.
Have a look and see what you think. -
I'll give it a go but I might need to down 7 or 8 pints beforehand.

Size medium–with room to layer.

Picked this up today. Brilliant piece. Rugged and utilitarian.
Very windproof and also, surprisingly lightweight. This is the second Cordura piece that I own from Iron Heart and Haraki-San always seems to make the perfect choice regarding the type of Cordura used. It drapes very nicely, whilst still being tough and practical.
The branding is very discrete and blends in nicely with the camo.
I can definitely see this being a go too piece.
