30C, low spin wash and hang dry and you'll be fine.

Not the same shirt, but I've washed my Melton a couple of times in 40C. Shrunk a little, but nothing extreme. Washing wool isn't scary!

No it's not.

For the sake of the common good though, a 60C, normal spin wash skrinks these meaningfully. Easily half a size. My grey now fits as I wanted.
