Product page says about 1". It'll be less with a gentle wash.

I washed them vigorously and put them in the drier and got pretty close to the inch in length I was looking for.

Strictly speaking I'd be a W35 which would give me tight-ish thigh. So I'd do the same and go for the W36. Slightly more wiggle room and higher rise. Very tempting.

Just received mine few days ago and they are on me two days in a row. Loving 777 fit and the quality of the jeans !! Best denim decision ever !!

I'm a 36 in 634s ..top button is undone at the moment worn with belt  (need to start at the gym again) so the 38 777xhs is perfect no discomfort love em
