Product page says about 1". It'll be less with a gentle wash.

I washed them vigorously and put them in the drier and got pretty close to the inch in length I was looking for.

Strictly speaking I'd be a W35 which would give me tight-ish thigh. So I'd do the same and go for the W36. Slightly more wiggle room and higher rise. Very tempting.

Not anytime soon.  I can't get enough interest from retailers to make up the numbers I need.  They will happen at some point, but not for a few months….
