Thanks @Giles - a shame things didn't really work out as planned with the yenim, but trying new ideas is what separates you guys from the rest.

        Liking that idea @adam313  😃

It's a pun. The denim uses the same tree pulp as is used to make money.

I know but what's the connection? (I'm not a native English speaker; I might be missing some slang reference…)

Yen is the name of the Japanese form of currency.

Do you know what exactly the issues are @Giles? What will happen to the faulty ones? If they were still wearable I'd be willing to buy a pair for a discounted price.

Yes Ido know and I have articulated them elsewhere.  We only ever sell "seconds" at the Iron Heart camp in Japan, where customers can see exactly what the problem with the item is.

@Giles any more word on when the vintage 18oz 634 or 666 will be in?  I know you said early Feb. a few weeks ago but curious if you have a better idea of an ETA now.

It's in Japan, so I would guess really soon.  Saw the type II as well.  They look awesome.

I saw that as well which is why I was curious.  Looking forward to these in the 634 cut  🙂

Also saw the Type II as well. Definitely on my radar as I've always wanted one. Had previously purchased a Levis Vintage and was so disappointed in the quality for the money that I sent it back.

Guys , new to IH . Purchased my first 25oz 777. What is special about vintage 18oz? Better fade or must be something special. Please advise

I love my 25oz jeans , the quality is top notch. I immediately wanted to buy one more pair.

I am looking for horizontal fading upper thigh area. What is your best jeans for creasing and fading around upper thigh area?

@ alex , thanks for your help sorting out sizing for me . It fits fine 🙂
