I was a little disappointed in this bottle. Almost no carbonation, no head, and too light for the style. I do however like the bitterness, but can't get over the lack of texture. Founder's Breakfast Stout would be a much better choice.

@neph93 Shit, I envy you…...This is another "my type of beer".....
It's boss, isn't it. In fact that and #500 (I'm guessing Eli hooked you up with one of those too) are my most common repeat purchases. I've two bottles of their Xmas Quad from last year looking at me now.
If you're ever in Norway I'll take you to the only beer monopoly in the country outside of Stavanger. Amazing place with a massive range of Nøgne special ed's amongst other things.

The Bruery Mash & Vanilla.
Super tasty barrel aged barleywine, going to keep the bottle I have around for a few more years.
Austin Beerworks Boone River.
Crisp and refreshing APL, went well with the burger I had at Hopfields!
Pinthouse Pizza Road to Nowhere.
Hazy DIPA, PHP is making some of the best IPA's in Austin right now.
PHP La Chase Galerie.
Red wine barrel aged saison, one of the more unique beers I've had in awhile.
PHP Blind Jake porter, nitro.
Not usually a big fan of porters but I could drink this regularly and not get tired of it.

Fresh bottle of this. Simply mindblowing, as always…

Austin Beerworks Sputnik.
One of their better beers, this is the first time they've canned it.
I find their core beers really boring, but their limited release stuff is pretty good.
Real Ale Tenebra Aeterna.
Barrel aged sour porter. Love the new limited release stuff from Real Ale, this reminded me a lot of JK.
