Looked at a few pics , looked in my 400 sq ft walk in closet no burgundy shirts . Walked back to my commodore pc waited while it loaded , flipped the tape , inserted the new floppy went online ( dial up internet ,  got two kids ) , ordered the burgundy and now I wait .

      Mirthing my way through life.

The charcoal of this I got is stunning. Very smart dusty grey, goes really well with all the trousers / jeans I have.

I will try to get a couple up too…wore it yesterday, but under a sweater so that's probably not helpful....

I got both color ways and am very pleased with both.

Saw the charcoal in Person - it's a great shirt. Colourwise it's very similar to my washed out 52 (that i wore the same day).

I sent my Burgundy back as the color and fit just didn't work for me.  The Burgundy is a great color I just feel I don't look good in that color at all.  The sleeves on mine were quite a bit longer than the other UHFs I picked up this year and the body seemed a little shorter and roomier.  I didn't actually take measurements, this was all based on feel when I tried it on.

how much shrinkage did you get with such a hot wash? i'm asking because i could wear a snugger fit on most of my shirts but i do not want to loose much of the length…

You risk losing a lot of length washing UHF's that hot. I've seen 1-2cm on a warm 50/60C wash.

My Charcoal XL arrived today and it fits snug through the shoulders with a very thin merino t-shirt underneath and the upper forearm is a little tight. I could probably use another 0.5-1 inch in the shoulders/chest and the same in the sleeve width. The  overall length, sleeve length and waist are spot on though.

I understand that the length will shrink through washing but what about the rest and how much should I expect - shoulders, chest, sleeves, etc.? Do they stretch back out with wear?

Not sure if I should keep or exchange it for an XXL… will depend on feedback to the shrink/stretch questions. Help me Obi-Wan!

The shirt should shrink if you wash or hot in the machine. Depending on how hot you go you'll see more or less shrinkage.(got it on my 101 TG). Up to almost a size with very hot washing. But it's not going to stretch a lot. So, if it's tight in some areas I'd size up and control the shrinkage of the XXL by going slowly hotter until it's right.
