I've found my cut.
What I was wondering is that has there beeen some sort of change in something as these won't stand alone even after a wash?
Totally agree about the cut, I hope it survives a bit longer.
I think the 21oz won't stand on it's own as it is heavy, but not rigid. The 18oz will though.

My new Busters, arrived yesterday from Sweden, rocked before me by @Aieyric. They are a W 31 and provide what I'd describe as a relaxed tight fit.
First attempt at using the cam in my updated tablet, so any inferiorities I hope will be excused.
As you can see, these jeans have a knack to make the wearer levitate. -

They're very similar to the previous batch, hence the sizing chart wasn't updated. The normal variance is there too so let me know if there is anything specific you'd like me to look for.

Hi folks,
I just picked up my very Iron Hearts, bagging a sweet deal on a brand new pair of 21oz BBs. Size 32s.
Here’s a few initial fit pics. I guess I need to wear them in home to make them less stiff. They aren’t totally uncomfortable.
I am wonder what the stretch is likely to be in the thigh, and too the waist. Additionally, input on how to cold wash these (and hopefully stretch out in these areas simultaneously) would be greatly appreciated.

For a newbie to heavyweight denim, I imagine even the 21oz denim probably feels stiff if you’re used to Levi’s or whatever. @octopus_luke don’t worry, after you’ve worn them for a week they will have softened up substantially and stretched everywhere they need to. You’ll love them.

Stiff is probably the wrong word. They of course don’t feel broken in. I’ve only had one other pair of 21oz, and those were Lee 101Z riders. From memory, they were a lot tougher.
Any wash tips on these too? Someone mentioned soaking the waistband and upper thigh on here, but I wonder if I should run them through a cold soak first. Definitely need to bring up the leg a little, so I guess a wash first is important.

Getting on well with these, but I’m wondering if anyone has inout or advice on how to stretch out the top box/rise? I hope that this will naturally come with time, but I am curious to see if there’s anything I can do to aid the process. Right now, I have a bit of pressure around this crotch area, and probably wouldn’t find it comfortable to out anything in the front pockets.

The top block on the BB's is relatively well fitted by design. If the waist and thighs fit then it sounds like they are as they should be.
On the other hand these are 21oz denim so they will stretch and soften more easily than most other denim with good old fashioned usage. The more you wear them and the more you do in them the comfier they will get. Any artificial means of stretching is risky, especially in the top block.
