^^^super jealous of those Treehouse beers you've been posting.
But many of the Treehouse (and Trillium) beers that I've seen pictures of have been SUPER cloudy and opaque. Have you heard anything in your area about why their beers are so remarkably hazy. There are obviously a few reasons that beers are cloudy, and this looks intentional since it's present in so many of their beers, but I was wondering if you have heard anything from the Brewers, maybe?
BTW, that's an awesome countertop!

@adam313 I'm in maryland so haven't spoken to the Brewers at TH or Trillium. It seems to be a trend. Almost a new style, everyone is calling it New England IPA. Aslin is a local brewer here and they are brewing similar stuff. Three guys who were home brewers that got tired of driving to trillium, tree house and hill farmstead for good beer. I have asked them the same question. They say it is the oils from the hops combining with the yeast that get suspended and causing the haze. They say it is related to the hop schedule. I Don't brew so it was all over my head. This is one of their beers.

Thank you for such a money answer!! Fascinating. I've done dry hopping but not like that I guess. This will be a great thing to research over the next several days. Love it
Thank you! That beer looks dreamy

For future reference the bar is called Akkurat. I drank off the draught menu only. http://www.akkurat.se/category/beer/ The bottle menu was pure mental. We're on a romantic weekend without kids for the first time in forever so out of respect for the wife I left it alone. If I'd had free reign I'd still be sat there on Sunday evening, two hours after my flight left the airport.
I started with the Cantillion Kriek, followed by a brett IPA called Funky Trim. Then a local impy porter called What The Duck, and finished with De Ranke – Noir de Dottignies:
Earlier in the day we visited the Brew Dog pub in SoFo. I had Born To Die and a bottle of AB18.
Last night we ate at Frans & Sixten who had a decent beer menu. I drank this with my crayfish starter:
And a Founders stout with my steak tartar (sorry Seul).
All in all Stockholm is shaping up to be a good beer town. Two more nights to go.

Cheers, mate. Love my N-1 and my beach vest. The 555-3 are brand new and I've sized down because of the weight loss. They're pretty snug so I'm afraid the crotch won't last long but I'm done digging them anyway.

This is really good stuff.
So far, every variation of Funky Gold that I've tried has been excellent. I keep planning to buy several and cellar them , but my willpower always gives out and I drink everything I bring home. -
JD is that a 2015 or 2016?
