DOUBLE INDIGO 666 WORLD TOUR

Love the photos MOD!

got back from holidays - mini-haul from the garden. amazing tomatoes and what one can only call "disappointing" chillies. no heat whatsoever
@organisys - was there a chance we were there at the same time?! I was there for a week after receiving the 666.
a handing over ceremony would've been a doss - probably missed each other by a few days….!For the record I'm a W34 so these are a little on the large size. (I can't get into a 21oz 666 in 34!)
Time to cook….
cooked a shakashouka - Peppers and toms with some eggs chucked in at the end. no pics of the finished dish I'm afraid but It was great and I've been refining the recipe over the weeks.

Went to the docs to get a health M.O.T. (bp/blood test for cholestrol etc.)BP fine, still waiting on blood test results but was told to lose 15kg. going to try and do it in 6 months rather than rush it…..
lunch - bunged on some sourdough toast.
I'm not very good at all this food photography malarkey - always forget to take a pic of the finished dish….
contemplating the universe (dinner more likely) at the in-laws

The last bank holiday of the the year (back to work tomorrow). After failing to get in to Kenilworth castle for a recreation of a siege, ended up at Compton Verney - big old country house that's now an art gallery with beautiful grounds and an adventure playground.
very proud of my daughter - her first go on zip slide.
