What's your favorite Beer?

This was my last Christmas brew in the fridge so I'm sad but it was great. It only aged 5 months but I think it was much better than the bottle I had fresh over the holidays. I should have bought 3 [emoji849] I still have my 3 year old St Bernardus Christmas bottle in the basement but that's for another time…

Round two , rarely a disappointment from to ol. No exceptions here. Amarillo dry hopped imperial pale ale with wheat and oats. Perfectly tart and really refreshing.

Rejoice once again, my €uropean brethren… Beergium now has a shitton of fresh beers from such breweries as Dogfish Head, Lagunitas, Avery, Firestone Walker, Ballast Point,...

Dogfish has some great brews. Think I've had them all. A couple real good ones to try are the Palo Santo and the Burton Baton. 120 min iPa is an experience also. Been aging a couple since 2007 just for the heck of it. Gonna crack em when they hit 10 yrs.

Funky Gold Mosaic is excellent. That is all.

Recent beers.
Clown Shoes Bluegrass Billionare. I was a little disappointed with this one, I felt like I was just drinking watered down bourbon. No major flavors outside of that. Maybe it is a beer that ages better? I don't know if I got a bunk bottle or what. First Clown Shoes beer I've been a bit disappointed with.
Bruery Humulus Terreux. Right up my ally. Dry, funky farmhouse ale. Could drink these by the caseload, but I'm probably a little biased since I've come to realize that this is my favorite style of beer.
Ballas Point Victory at Sea aged one year. Toned down on sweetness while the coffee flavors got stronger. Aged pretty nicely! -

Another favorite.

While I admit it's not a bargain, I'd say it's at least worth trying. If you like the style, which I do, it's excellent. Off the top of my head, I can't think of anything comparably good that's less expensive.
Madame Rose is also quite good, I'm not as much of a fan of Sophia or Juliet.

Noted, I'll pick a bottle of either Lolita or Madame Rose next time I see them. I saw that my local Central Market had them last time I was in, will probably swing by later this week.
Decided to open this, and you were right Chris. A little underwhelming, but I see where they were going with this beer. Lots of cinnamon and vanilla. I think the Señorita from Elevation was better.
Also got another bottle of Poterie, will open that one later this week.
