FUN IN PHILADEPHIA - MEETUPS ON 30TH APRIL/1ST MAY

It was great meeting a bunch of you all. Hope to do it again in the not too distant future. Maybe one year soon go over to the UK or Japan for a meet…I would LOVE to see another country. Would have to stay for at least a week if not two.
It was cool to see everyone have a different piece of IH gear on as well, got to see some pieces I won't ever. Just glad no one had a 107 in XL or XXL, probably would have "borrowed" it for a while
Oh, and @Giles , I wasn't the only one asking about the 143 range, haha. I didn't want to bring it up in person, figured I got my weekly update yesterday haha.

Able to tag everyone who was in the photo? I know we all know the two hosts…haha. Which @Madame Buttonfly and @Giles did a great job at it! Great location, lots of room, good selection of drafts and great conversation! Sad it came to and end so soon, didn't really get to talk to everyone at full length.

Oh yea, I couldn't stop admiring @Madame Buttonfly hem fades on your jeans! They were glorious, haha.

I apologize @Jett129 You had the adorable little guy with you right? When is he getting his first pair of IH? I can't remember the forum member, but he did the double duck journey with himself and his boy.
@Fadez Ahhhh, the length on mine looked better IMO, but I couldn't tell actual fit by eye. Was his an XXL as well? His has a .8" overall bigger chest, plus his probably is stretched out more, which the duck won't go quite as far. That lefty had some killer fades though!

As far as names go, I am happy to have learned , at the fun event Saturday night, that #ROman is pronounced not "Roman", as in the legions of old, but "R. O. Man". Thank you Paula and Giles for hosting this. And your gift box chocolates brightened my girlfriend's night. She says thank you and hi, and wishes she was there to laugh at us all.

It was a great time! @Giles and @Madame Buttonfly were just the most amazing hosts and genuinely wonderful people. I felt right at home! I learned a little bit about both Giles and Paula, the brand, GT fishing, and of course, all the wonderful people on the forum. Also, it felt good to match Paula on Saturday!

I just got home, it truly was great meeting everyone, and learning a bit more about everyone. Interestingly after spending 2 days with @Giles & @Madame Buttonfly , I feel like I have known them for longer than what I do. It was a special time. Also nice meeting @DougNg last evening. Sometime early evening tonight, I will drink a toast to Paula and Giles, assuming they are on the plane, unless they don't serve alcohol. Just joking.
