After literally years of research I have determined my favourite beer, and it is…....

        Hitachino Nest

Any particular one?  I like the XH, the Nipponia, and the Anbai. The Amber and White are pretty solid, too.

The white for me, it's just so supremely drinkable. Not too strong or heavy but plenty of subtle flavour, perfect.

Made in England, clothed in Japan, fed in America and drunk in Belgium !

That's a lot of Bourbon County. I am going local tonight. Pretty good and learned some history.

My favorite bit of trivia about Clay is a quote from Andrew Jackson; when a friend asked if he had any regrets about his Presidency,  he replied, “[That] I didn’t shoot Henry Clay and I didn’t hang John C. Calhoun.”

I'm a little ambivalent about Clay, but Calhoun certainly deserved a rope.

Nice to see some others on here enjoying Tree House and Single Cut!  Got some info on a couple very small breweries nearby here in MA that I'll be reporting on soon hopefully. Mine from last night:

Tree House Bear - a brown done perfectly

Wachusett Triple Double - local beer, really cool brew

Jacks Abbey Baltic Porter - another MA brewery, paid next to nothing for these and they are awesome

Victory Dirt Wolf - bought a 4 pk for wife, she had 1. Very fruity and we'll balanced DIPA

                                        A few recent ones:

Although it's very good, I still think the Tart of Darkness is better.

Decent, but the cranberry flavor didn't work as well as I thought it might.  Not my favorite from Cascade.

This one was too sweet.  I think it would benefit from aging.  I might try to track down another bottle and stick it in the beer fridge for a year or so.

Posted most of these in the 666 world tour thread, but thought it was appropriate to post here too.
                                          Good ole Jester King.

Started the morning with Multifarious, brewed in collaboration with 18th Street Brewery. Nice simple oatmeal stout, very drinkable at noon for a stout. Grabbed a bottle of this too.

Next was Burton's Roadside Wares, brewed in collaboration with Arizona Wilderness Brewing Co. Outstanding, very oak-y. Took bottle of this home.

Audio Palette, brewed in collaboration with Stillwater Artisanal. Nice farmhouse ale, very light.

Madrugada Obscura from Jolly Pumpkin, I'm starting to really like sour stouts.

Hot brewing vats at Jester King.

Barrel aging room. Lovely smell in here.

                                          Keg of Cantillon!

Very cool coolship, a method of brewing I don't think I had ever heard about before.

And these are from last night. I really liked the blueberry, one of my favorite fruits to have sours made from. Color 5 from Jester King being my personal favorite. But this is nice, not worth the asking price though.

Since I came across these I had to have one somewhat fresh.

I'm not doin anything that sweet, but I did walk up and down the Katy trail in Dallas multiple times and logged at least 8 miles with a 20lb. GR1. Now I'm drinking the Mosaic IPA by Community Brewing at the Katy Trail Icehouse watching basketball
