@Appfaff @Finn666 Thanks guys…apparently February is all about buying things I've owned before and miss! I've been chuckling to myself all day about how if I'd just paid attention 9 years ago when GregNYC (superfuture poster) said you can't beat "some kind of 1947 repros with a grey loopwheeled crewneck and Red Wings or Aldens" for an everyday classic look, I'd have saved myself a lot of time, money etc. I suppose I'd have missed a hell of a journey though!

I got the buttons from my old mean drycleaner (I think), but I do see a load of nice buttons on ebay as well priced pretty competitively.

K, thx! The ones on mine are too thick for my taste and buddy sewed them on with 3 different colors of thread smh

yeah, the buttons he did I could live with, but I wasn't a fan of the multi color thread.

you are correct, @Matt they are paraffin coated. I was trying to recal which shit the lining is and tried searching all the early flannels but couldn't find it. I'd love to know too!
