@Max:
1cm is negligible….. Plus, they're already here at my house, lol.

You'll find that they don't take up smell easily, so you could get away with handwashes or cold washes without spin. This should reduce shrinkage to a minimum.
Thanks for the pro-tip!!!!!

Keep in mind, there are more reds out there than green (20,72,109,127). There's a better chance to get a red second-hand. But as I prefer the red out of all my flannels, I know what you mean.
Regarding sizing: with the 101, i would have adviced to size up one from the workshirtsize. But as we don't know the exact measurements of These, I'd not wager a decision yet.

I know it's probably too early to ask this question, or possibly redundant to what's already been discussed, but do you think the call is to stay true to my IH size, or size up for this one? Sorry for the annoying question, i'm sure all will be revealed soon enough! thanks.

Without measurements it's impossible to tell. I have many IH heavy flannels and would say if you are between sizes size up. You can usually expect 1/2 size shrinkage if you wash/dry them

@Madame Buttonfly and I were in the office earlier sorting out orders and clearing the decks for what is going to be an interesting Monday….

In advance of this being chaotic tomorrow…
Despite the upfront costs, manufacturing lead times/availability and seasonal nature of these... Is there not a line of thought somewhere that, much like the jeans, having an always available stock of shirts with permanent model number allowing all year round sales and constant stock for retailers and the IH UK store would be a good thing? Then have new yearly issues in new colourways? Just pontificating whilst trying to convince her indoors that I need to cop multiple colours...

Hopefully the WLAN will work at work tomorrow
