I might give my pair a hot wash seeing your result, as I'd like mine to be just a bit slimmer.
I was worried about the overdyed denim, but I guess it's just fine to throw in the wash!

In my opinion they feel and look better after the wash. The denim looks way more rich and you see the texture, out of the blue bag they were just plain (and boring) black, really start to feel comfy in my pair

So I'm stuck in deciding on between these and the 634sii.  The color on the overdyed though looks fantastic and that whats pulling me in to these but the 18oz would be a change of pace to the 21oz 634s that I've been wearing for the past 2 years. How much does the thigh stretch on these.  Size 34 in these has a thigh of 12.9".  My 634s measure 13.375 and are a little slim.

So I went with these in size 34 instead of the 634SII! Figured I'll have a more room in the thigh after some wear.

I hope that the 14oz or the money pulp denim they have coming out next year will have some room in the thigh for me!

So seeing how I am getting rid of my 301s…I needed to fill the void...these will fill that void. Just ordered a 36 and I will be sending them to RCFG to have them tapered and hemmed like my LB.

I LOVE this denim in the Type 3...same exact denim? I dunno if I will rock both the type 3 and these at the same time...might be too much matching denim for me...ha.

Love the evo pics I have seen too, this denim is gorgeous!

Just got mine in. Fit great, feel great, now have to wait for my 634SR to come in, then getting sent off to Cali again to get tapered and hemmed

Plus got sent a sweet free gift from my Japan dealer I have done quite a bit of business with!

I know they are sanforized and once washed, didn't know if it is suggested a hot soak.

I didn't soak mine - just jumped right in.

Not needed IMO, soaking is to reinforce the constructional stiching and shrink the fabric to size. If it's sanforised & once washed, then that's already done for you by the manufacturer

Well they in the mail to cali, waist and thighs fit perfectly. Downsizing the knee to 9.25 and hem to 8.5. Can't wait, this denim is so comfy even out of the bag. Compared to the 634SR haha.

Should be getting both pair in on Wed. Can't wait to see what they did with the inseam stitching to match the rest.

All I have been wearing in my LB, nice to have two more pairs I really want to break in.
