ok guys, here you go. copped these at BIG on monday. i love the denim and i also love the way they fit.
comfortable as f… and just perfect imo! slubby denim and very breathable as well.

These had their first wash yesterday.

I've had them for a year, but haven't worn them in at least 5-6 months.

Probably about 3 months of actual wear on them.

I have a couple of pairs of ONI's and my favourites are my ONI 527ZR Denim - Low Tension 20oz Secret Denim Tapered Leg. These are beasts and have an appearance quite unlike any other denim I've seen or owned / own;

I am looking for a pair of slubby denim that meets the following criteria..

1. Medium rise, waist size 30 with 12.5 inches of room in the thighs

2. Preferably black denim with zip fly

3. Poly cotton stitching would be nice as well.

Any jeans by PBJ or Oni that meet these criteria?

I'm pretty sure that thigh measurement/waist ratio is going to be a tough thing to find.

Agreed.  It's extremely rare to see Japanese jeans with a 12.5" thigh on anything below size 34, and PBJ usually runs slim, even for Japanese.  Zippers are going to be nearly as hard to find.
