As an aside, Haraki has adopted a policy of finding tiny little mills (maybe one or 2 looms attached to the owners house), where they make amazing stuff in limited (but expensive) quantities, this herringbone and the selvedge indigo flannel are the first fruits of the new adventure…..

It's not.  But the way it and the collar are constructed, it hugs the back of your head when not on your head, so it does not flap around…..
