Thanks for the transparency and explanation, just reinforces how clearly you all stand behind the quality of your product. I'm sure some brands would sit back and just continue to sell a product like this.
I received my shipping label, I'll be taking it to UPS tomorrow to ship back.
Hopefully these get remade at some point, the color is really great. And next time I'll know my size! -
There is literally NOWHERE else you get this level of customer care and response, simply incredible effort and response and I think it's safe to say that your customers are extremely appreciative.

Giles & co., the colorway is absolutely gorgeous and this shirt (this color, or something along these lines) should probably be released in the future.

Our latest position on this:
We haven’t made any firm decisions yet, but hoping that the fabric will be remade and the shirt released again, but not yet set in stone and timeframe is likely to be end of 2015 or early 2016. Anyone who bought a shirt this time around will get opportunity to reserve/order first, that’s only fair.
Sorry we can’t give more definite info, but we have several other heavyweight cotton flannels due to be released this autumn, so we need to speak to Haraki-san and work out a sensible plan.
We can assure you, when we have news, it will be published here and we’ll contact all those who ordered and got disappointed - like me, I was so planning to buttonfly one of these babies

What will happen to the shirts once they are returned? Anyway it could be used for something else? Device cases, new upholstery for furniture in the expanded IHUK space, curtains or coasters. More work and $ to create something else but it would be a shame if the fabric doesn't see the light of day again. It really looks good.

How about that UHF blanket idea that's been kicked around? I'd be disappointed to see the garments destroyed or otherwise wasted.

We have decided to lock this and the IHSH-101tg threads. The whole experience has not been particularly happy for any of us at Iron Heart and I know we have disappointed some of you, and for that we are extremely sorry and thank you for your understanding and support. But now it's time to move on and devote our attentions to more positive things, like working out how and when we re-run. Thank you again.
