I prefer 'burly'?
There's a word that i haven't used for a while.
Now imagine the extreme levels of hangover that crafted such an error. I am so fucked.

I use "burly" all the time. Like as in "I'm finna get burly with this bottle of rye!"

@Cutlasshound the correct term is "Heroically Built".

^ Husky. As in-I'm too husky for this jacket, damnit. Also known as Big & Tall.

The XS arrived today. Thought i would try it on….
Sadly, my 'heroically built gut/shoulders/bulk' meant that i could get one arm in and no more...... With the rest of the jacket left flapping forlornly over my back.
Despite this, I must extend my congratulations to @Giles for a beautiful piece of outerwear. The construction and fabric choices in this are second to none and I can see it being incredibly practical.
Seeing this in the flesh, i would be happy with either the duck or the ripstop on their own as a jacket, but the fact that this is reversible really does take it to the next level and as such, it is arguably one of the finest piece of outerwear that i have ever come across.
Furthermore, it probably sounds daft but i was a bit skeptical about the aesthetics of the buttons. However, seeing these in the flesh they fit precisely with the aesthetic of the jacket and their construction is magnificently executed.
I await the xxl with great anticipation and sincerely hope it fits as i can see it being a real favourite.,..

The sleeves put it out of consideration here too. I guess the shoulders are small enough to take up an inch, but having the cuff all the way out at almost 29" when I'm usually at 25" concerned me. I think something like this looks best with the cuff fully exposed.

Any pics old boy?
None yet. Maybe this weekend.
Overall, I'm really impressed with this thing. Although, I won't really be able to wear this as a liner. The sleeves are very wide where they meet the shoulders. I can fit it under an XL IHM-08 M65 but the armpit area ends up being very bulky. It fits under an XXL IHM-01 Deck jacket as well, but same issue. And forget wearing a heavy flannel, liner and another jacket. I tried it and I felt like the little brother in A Christmas Story.
Basically, it's too beastly in the sleeves for a liner. It's a solid standalone outerwear piece however.
