Damn you people. Like I needed another hoodie.

Doesn't look like you held out for too long…

Couldn't justify them for myslef but was intending on getting them for the missus (she's looking for a blue hoodie).. That way I could watch & enjoy their EVO on her..  Turns out she doesn't like the overdyed/faded look at all and wants a solid blue… Shame 😞

All Iron Heart today. Love this hoodie.

EDIT: Upon closer inspection, I can say that this is a better-designed and better-constructed hoodie than The Strike Gold's. TSG might possibly have an edge on the fleece material (hard to tell while this is still indigo-stiff), but Iron Heart has a better zipper that is double-stitched into place rather than held by a single stitch (and by cotton thread mind you as well, instead of IH's more durable polycotton), IMO better pockets because they are as good as stowing things as they are at being handwarmers, where Strike Gold is OK at stowing small items and terrible at being handwarmers, and a larger hood that is actually big enough to be functional.

I'm glad to have both because I love my TSG hoodie, but Iron Heart wins when it comes to everything but the fleece itself, and are at the least pretty close there.

            Think it, be it.

Fully agree on the pocket and hoodie issue on the SG. But I prefer ther non-contrasting stitching of it.

These were never intended to be overdyed, so we did not bother to use cotton thread, we used polycotton because it is stronger. Personally I love the contrast stitching, so we may have used it anyway…....

I enjoy the contrast stitching. It highlights the construction of the garment, which deserves it imo. Gave her a hot wash and dry yesterday so it's a bit cozier now. Great hoodie.

It pains me that the big bag of meat I call my body, is too big for a hoodie in size large.

For those of you that can fit an S, M or L… what are you waiting for?  This hoodie is incredibly amazeballs!

Interestingly, when we were in Japan 2 weeks ago, our IHSW-22's got a lot of very jealous comments from our Japanese friends…..
