I have one more morning in my flat before flying home and may only have 15 grams of coffee beans left in the bag instead of the required 17. Buy a new bag or suffer a weak coffee?

Ha, I had the same this morning. Flying home today and I didn't buy groceries…must be the first time in 5 years that I went to work just with a Cup of tea. I felt like I was seeing all blurry. I don't function without food.

Sunday.  We have the whole day to ourselves.  I need it when doing a Sourdough.  Saturday night I start the sponge…..

Sunday morning, I start the dough proper.

We get invited to the pub and also to lunch.  There is no saying no (honest).

I get home after lunch and the fecking dough has taken over the kitchen (exaggeration)...

Placed in fridge to slow it down, been trying to sort it out all day.

Feckin disaster.....
