I dunno about Zurich, but I have been in Berlin in December and it was the coldest place I have ever been by a considerable margin, that coat probably would not have coped….

You must have been here in early December, when we had a short spell of serious cold weather, with windchill directly from Siberia. Happens in Berlin once in a while.
