Thanks.  There is no getting better.  But there is almost nothing I can do that will make it any worse.  I just need to work out how to manage the pain - which is not awful, just bloody annoying….

I have had one and off issues with my back/spine since my early 20's.  Pain will come and then go again within a day or 2.  This time is different, it will not go away, hence me going for expert advice….

3 or so miler planned for Sunday, then a week later is the swim itself...
