            Very enjoyable, thanks.  A cloudy morning became warm and sunny and it was fun to meet the other swimmers and their families:  one of the swimmer's husbands is an Iron Heart customer!  Small world  🙂

                    So Paula got chatting to him, told him we were having a sale and he bought 2 pairs of IH-816 overnight.  Result.

                          Just did a 3.7 miles swim.  Unfortunately, I forgot to turn my bloody GPS on….......

                                        Looks like we may have a postponement.  Forecast for Sunday is 22mph winds and 3 foot swell.  Too dangerous for the swim.  Back up date is 4th October…...FECK IT

                                            Yikes, that does sound a bit worrisome.

                                            How cold is it going to be in October?  Doesn't the sea tend to get rougher in the fall/winter?
