Very enjoyable, thanks.  A cloudy morning became warm and sunny and it was fun to meet the other swimmers and their families:  one of the swimmer's husbands is an Iron Heart customer!  Small world

Needless to say it is way out of date as i think my running total rasied so far is over £4,000

Looks like we may have a postponement.  Forecast for Sunday is 22mph winds and 3 foot swell.  Too dangerous for the swim.  Back up date is 4th October…...FECK IT
