Had to get out for a bit today, so took the family for a hike. 3.5 miles in Fort Custer State Park with two kids and a stroller

Relay Race today and tomorrow. About 200 miles split between 12 runners.

Not our can, but a classic nonetheless. Team name was Kill Hill

Exchanging runners. We each run 3 legs.

I'm runner 11. 7.4 miles up to a local resort. Tough tough tough.

Time to chill out while the other 6 runners are out. We start again in 4 hrs or so.
