Trying to get back to London from Glasgow airport. Flights delayed by six hours until 1:30am. The only train left is seven hours journey time and leaves at 11:50pm. Aaaarrrrrrrgggghhhh

Yesterday i checked out some local cobblers to ask if they could change a blocked heel to a "cuban" heel. This time everyone was polite, but no one had the right machine. Looks like I have to sell my bounty hunters [emoji20] best fit, but walking feels weird…

Update… Sun Country's backwoods fly-by-night operation finally got me home at 5AM. To be fair, it was only 6 hours late. There were no other delays of that nature, I was looking the whole time.

I went along to Masterpiece London, which is an art fair / lifestyle event for the 1%.
I took a snap of an Antonovici owl sculpture on one stand, and the owner gave a passive aggressive rant about not wanting pictures taken. As far as I could tell it was because he wanted to keep control of the image of his products.
I don't want to burst his bubble, but virtually everyone in the building would have been carrying a device capable of posting an image to Instagram. You might not like it, but that's the reality. And if you've got a no photos policy then put up a fecking sign, rather than coming over as a Luddite ass. You might not alienate potential customers that way.
