i guess i'll do a 34 if they hang around a little bit. i'm very curious to see how much these shrink. first batch of the 21/23 didn't shrink that much if i recall correctly. . . but the leg twist was out of this world.
D666, buy a pair so i can compare this denim with the older denim.

I also hope they will be around for a longer time. Can't afford them atm and they're just a little bit too hot in summer (for a heat sensitive guy like me).

Bha! Can not remember the old sizing chart for my 666S. The sizing chart atm does not really reflect the size of the pair i got sadly. Thought I could use it as a guide.
I got the 666S in size 33.
I think they where 35 in the waist if I remember correctly. Need to measure my 666S when I get home.
I guess it will be a 33 or 34 in these.

My 1955s lost about 1.5" in the leg. I suspect that there might be a bit more to come, and Giles's 2" off the leg would sound about right.
If you're worried about inseam @pillowPANTS then be aware there is some variation in them. The 1955s are supposed to be 36.5", but mine were something like 37.2". Yes, I did measure the entire stack to find the longest pair!
The waist shrank a little, but has since stretched out just under an inch from raw. It started off at 34" (size 33 1955), and currently measures nearly 35".

55's length is 34.5 after soak & wash. 40 inch waist 38 1/2
