My question is, do I need to soak them first, or can I put them on right away and break them in?

It arrived. I seriously hope the 1" stretch in the waist happens fast. I allready sized up from what I usualy wear in other brands and had to lie down on my back to close the two upper buttons. This is a mean blow to my vanity.
